Print the name-reading list and see who didn't come
Get names in seat order for the reader, and a list of who wasn't scanned, for each session.

Open the congregation's Reports tab. Each session has two lists, and each one opens on screen, prints, or comes as a spreadsheet with Download CSV.
Name-reading order
Name-reading order puts people in seat order, so names are read in the order people stand. Anyone without a seat follows, by college, programme and name. Withdrawn graduands are left out.
Absentees
Absentees lists graduands whose own ticket wasn't scanned. It opens when the session starts. The spreadsheet's Ticket column says Came in, Not scanned or No ticket.
Someone let in by hand without a scan shows as absent, so check before you act on the list. Neither list includes guests.
