    Agreed with you

Institutions in the pilot agree a price with us before anything is charged.

  • Studio and Gifting

    Quoted per order

You pay the print partner's quote, with nothing added: half before production, the rest before dispatch or on delivery. Durbar's 10% comes out of the partner's share. A gift kit's price adds the partner's packing and delivery.

  • Rentals

    3% per order

Of the rental and the delivery, never the deposit, taken from the vendor's share. Renters pay the total they see. Paystack's processing fee also comes from the vendor's share.

  • Voting

Free, or 3% of paid votes

Free votes cost nothing. On paid votes the fee is taken from your share, and voters pay the price shown, with nothing added.

How the money moves

  1. The buyer pays your price

By MoMo or card, through Paystack. The total is the price on your page, with nothing added.

  2. Paystack splits the payment

Your share goes to your MoMo or bank. Durbar's 3% and Paystack's processing fee come out of it.

  3. The money arrives

Usually the next working day. Durbar never holds it, and your sales page shows every deduction.

Questions about pricing

Who pays the fees, me or my buyers?

You do, out of each paid order: Durbar's 3% and Paystack's processing fee. Buyers pay exactly the price on your page.

Can I pass the fees on to buyers instead?

Not yet. Today the price you set is the price buyers pay. Letting you choose to show fees to buyers is planned; if you want the same take-home, raise the ticket price a little.

Why is Paystack's fee an estimate?

Paystack sets its own fee for payments in Ghana and takes it directly. We show their published rate for local MoMo and card payments as a guide.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. There's no subscription, no setup fee and no charge per team member. You pay only when you sell.

What happens to the fee when I refund someone?

The buyer gets back what they paid, through the payment provider that took it. If your balance at the provider can't cover a refund, it waits: Durbar tells you, and you can try it again from Actions.

We sell a lot of tickets. Is there a plan for us?

A subscription that lowers the per-ticket fee for high-volume organizers is planned. Until then every account pays the same rate, with no minimum and no monthly charge.
