Let people book your hall, rooms and desks online

A public booking page that shows free times as people pick them, takes payment by MoMo or card, and asks for your approval only when you want it.

Made from Durbar's own screens. The names and numbers are examples.

How it works

  1. Add a space

Name, kind, how many it holds, where it is, and a price per hour or free.

  2. Set the rules

Opening hours, shortest and longest booking, notice needed, gaps between bookings and approval.

  3. Share the link

People book from a public page with no account. You approve, decline or let it confirm itself.

Booking that shows what's free

  • Free times shown as people pick

The booking page shows which times are free and says why the others aren't: taken, closed or too soon.

  • Any length, fixed slots or whole days

Let people pick any length in steps from 15 minutes, offer fixed slots, or let them book whole days, up to 31 in a row.

  • Instant or with your approval

Free and instant bookings confirm at once. With approval, a request holds the time until you decide, and a decline carries your reason.

  • Paid by MoMo or card

Paid bookings are held for 15 minutes while the booker pays. Approved paid bookings get 48 hours to pay.

  • No account for bookers

People book with their name and a phone or email, and manage their booking from their own link.

  • Book for someone

Staff book on behalf of a caller, and the booker gets their link by SMS or email.

  • Reminders and QR check-in

An SMS before each booking and a QR code on the door to check in. A time nobody checks in to goes back on the calendar.

Rules, hours and closed days

  • Opening hours

Up to four periods a day, per space, with closures that tell bookers why.

  • Buffers, notice and horizon

A gap between bookings, the notice you need, and how far ahead people may book.

  • Repeating bookings

Daily, weekly or monthly, ending on a date or after a number of times. Every date is checked and clashes are named before anything is booked.

  • Ghana's public holidays, preloaded

Spaces close on public holidays unless you keep a day open, with Eid dates marked provisional until confirmed.

A venue page and a floor plan

  • Photos, amenities and house rules

Up to 12 photos with descriptions, 20 amenities to tick, and your house rules.

  • GhanaPost GPS and a map pin

Your digital address, a landmark and a pin, so people find the gate.

  • Listed on Durbar's venue search

People find your space by town, region, kind of space and how many it holds.

  • Floor plans with live availability

Upload a plan, place your spaces on it, and share a public page showing what's free now, with a list beside it.

  • A booking becomes an event

Turn a booking into a ticketed event in one click, with the venue and times filled in.

Questions

Do people need an account to book?

No. They give their name and a phone number or email, and get a link to see, pay for or cancel their booking.

Can I approve each booking?

Yes. Switch on approval and every booking arrives as a request that holds the time until you approve or decline it.

What does it cost?

Free spaces cost nothing. On a paid booking taken through your public page, Durbar takes 3% from your share and Paystack takes its processing fee.

Can a church book the hall every Sunday?

Yes. Repeating bookings run daily, weekly or monthly until a date or a number of times, and every date is checked for clashes and holidays first.
