People who haven't answered are reminded by SMS or email, and you can send anyone a new link.
Budgets, approval and delivery
Budgets by department
HR, Sales or Marketing each get a budget. A campaign over the limit, or over what's left, waits for someone in Finance to approve it with a passkey.
Each person gives their own address
With GhanaPost GPS, their town and region, and a note for the rider. They can correct it until it's dispatched, and once more if a delivery attempt fails.
Delivered with a code
A kit counts as delivered only with a photo and the code texted to the person at dispatch. Each failed attempt is recorded, and “I didn't receive it” opens a case your team decides: a replacement, or what happened.
Arrival dates
Give a campaign its date, or each new employee their first day: each person's last day to redeem and the last day to order production are worked out from it, with a reminder before the cutoff and a warning when a kit may be late.
Stock kept for next time
Orders are rounded up to each partner's minimum, and the extra stays at the partner for the next kits.

Do I need Studio?
Yes. Every item in a kit is a Studio design with a proof, and Studio is switched on with Gifting.
What does it cost?
Each kit has one price, shown before you send anything: the partners' price for the items, packing and delivery. Nothing is added; Durbar's 10% of the items comes out of the print partner's share. Delivery is priced by zone: remote regions cost a little more, and an estimate assumes the dearest.
Where do you deliver?
In Ghana only, to every region, through Durbar's packing partners. Six regions (Ahafo, Bono East, North East, Oti, Savannah and Western North) are a remote zone: a few days longer and a surcharge. There is no international delivery yet, and an organization outside Ghana can't send gift campaigns.
