Message your ticket holders
Send an SMS or email to everyone with a ticket, those not at the gate yet, or one ticket type.

On a published event's page, open Messages.
- Choose SMS, email, or both.
- Choose who gets it: Everyone with a ticket, Those not at the gate yet, or holders of one ticket type.
- Write a subject (left blank, it's About and the event's name) and the message, up to 612 characters, which is at most 4 SMS. The form counts the SMS parts and how many people it will reach.
- Send it.
A message waits 15 seconds before it goes, so you can undo it if you spot a mistake.
Moving or cancelling an event sends its own message to every buyer; you don't need to write one.
