Repeating bookings
Book a space daily, weekly or monthly, see clashes before booking, and change one date or all of them.
Checked against Durbar on
A repeating booking is one series of dates. Staff can repeat any space. The public can repeat a free space with no deposit when Let people book it to repeat is on.
Set how it repeats
- Daily, weekly on the days you choose, or monthly on the same date or the same weekday (the first Sunday, the last Friday).
- Every 1 to 99 days, weeks or months.
- Ending after a number of times (at least 2) or on a date.
Public bookers can repeat only as far ahead as the space allows. Staff can book up to 730 days out.
Clashes are named before anything is booked
Every date is checked: already taken, a holiday, a closure, a closed day, or too soon. If any clash, nothing is booked yet; you see which dates and why, and can skip them and book the rest.
Change one date or the rest
When you move or cancel a date in a series, choose This date only, This and the following dates, or Every date still to come. Requests in a series can be approved or declined one by one or all together.
