Check how your spaces are used
See how much of your open time was booked, count no-shows, and limit how many bookings one person can hold.
Checked against Durbar on
Utilisation
Under Spaces, open Utilisation. It compares booked time with open time for each space, for the Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last year. Closed days and holidays don't count as open, so a space shut for repairs isn't marked down.
Each space shows its Bookings, No-shows, Hours booked and Utilisation. People who see money also see Taken. Download the report (CSV) adds the hours open. Only confirmed bookings count: requests and cancelled bookings don't.
Limit bookings per person
- Open the space, go to its Settings tab and find Booking rules.
- Set Bookings one person can hold. Leave it empty for no limit.
- Choose Save booking rules.
It counts bookings still to come, and each date of a repeating booking counts as one. The page tells people the limit. Someone at the limit is asked to cancel one, or book again once one has passed. It doesn't apply when your team books for someone.
