Floor plans
Upload a plan, place your spaces on it, and share a page that shows what's free right now.

A floor plan is a map of your building, showing which rooms are free. To lay out the seats in one room, see Offer your space in different set-ups.
Add a plan
- Open Spaces, then Floor plans, and add one.
- Upload an image of the plan: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB.
- Name it, and say which building and floor it shows.
- Place each space as a pin or draw its area. A space sits on one plan at most.
- Make it public if bookers should see it.
In the console the plan shows each space as free, booked or closed at the time you pick, and who holds a booking.
The public plan
A public plan has its own page, What's free, which shows each space's state now and updates every minute. Bookers can pick another day and time. It never shows who booked. A list of the same spaces sits beside the plan, so anyone can use it without the picture. Each space's booking page links to its plan.
