Offer your space in different set-ups

Draw theatre, banquet or classroom layouts for one space, let bookers choose, and use them for your events.

Checked against Durbar on

One hall can seat 400 in rows or 150 at tables. Set-ups let you say so, and each one shows bookers what they'd get. They come with the Seating module.

Add a set-up

  1. Open the space and choose its Set-ups tab.
  2. Choose Browse templates to start from a venue template, or Add a set-up to name one, pick its shape and say how many people and doors.
  3. Adjust the drawing, then choose Make live.

A set-up's seats are counted from its drawing, such as 150 seats at 15 tables. Remove stops offering one, and keeps its drawing.

How it's used

  • Your public page shows them under How it can be set out.
  • On your booking page, people answer How should the room be set out? and their confirmation names it.
  • You can name one too when you book for someone.
  • An event booked in the space can take a set-up as its seating plan with Use this.

A set-up describes the room. It doesn't seat anyone. To sell seats or place people, use it for an event: see Sell reserved seats.
